Whole-School Visible Wellbeing

A program that builds both staff and student wellbeing

Practical Training,
Built Around Your Schedule

The Visible Wellbeing (VWB) Program provides schools with a wellbeing framework to unify  approaches across the entire school, a shared wellbeing language, and a series of evidence-based practices which can be integrated into existing teaching and learning routines to improve wellbeing and learning outcomes.

The Visible Wellbeing Program is thoughtfully designed to ensure sustainable change.

From staff learning about one pathway of the SEARCH Wellbeing Framework at a time to avoid cognitive overload, to providing regular coaching for your school wellbeing leaders, and home-connection resources, each element of the Visible Wellbeing Program has been carefully considered, based on the principles of systems change theory, to ensure long-lasting impact.

Whether you’re just beginning your whole-school wellbeing approach or have multiple wellbeing initiatives already underway, the Visible Wellbeing Program has an entry point that can be tailored to suit your school’s unique context and goals.

Staff & Student Wellbeing, Together

Because the adults in the school matter too

Unlike many other wellbeing programs, Visible Wellbeing is just as much for the staff in the school as it is for the students.

All the wellbeing practices that staff are trained in can be used by staff in their own lives to care for and strengthen their wellbeing.

In fact, we encourage staff to integrate our wellbeing practices into their own lives first, before introducing them to their students.

Why? Because, put simply, schools function well when staff are functioning well.

Program Overview

Trusted by Schools Worldwide

  • The workshop was transformative for our school and accelerated our Pos Ed journey by at least 3 years... Our staff deemed this the most inspiring and valuable PD in our college history. The change has been tangible.

Victoria McLuckie - Director of Wellbeing - Queensland

  • With Visible Wellbeing, we finally found many of the pathways – the daily habits, practices and attitudes – that have accelerated our school’s journey toward ‘inspiring flourishing lives.

    Ed Kidd - Principal, Canada

  • We are already seeing remarkable changes across the school...Suddenly, we are not necessarily planning for and talking about Wellbeing, but it is actually becoming part of how we live and teach.

Marck Beech - Principal, Hong Kong

  • We were searching for a proactive solution that would support staff professional learning, enhance their wellbeing, along with the students and their carers and families. Visible Wellbeing was that solution: a tier 1 approach that provides our staff with flexible wellbeing strategies to support themselves and others.

Carrie Rowe - Assistant Principal, Victoria
